President Goodluck has Friday night sought prayers at the Redeemed Christina Church of God (RCCG) as he worshiped with the congregation at the monthly programme of the church.
Jonathan according to members who attended the service, was said to have arrive at the church at about 10.50pm.
The president was said to have knelt down in front of Pa Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Church in request for prayers over the next Saturday general elections.
Adeboye reportedly prayed for the President asking for the capacity to handle the affairs of the country.
Jonathan’s main challenger in the February 14 poll, Gen Muhammadu Buhari has a pastor of the RCCG Prof Yemi Osinbajo SAN as his running mate.
The emergence of Osinbajo is believed to have swung the sympathy of most Christian voters especially those in the very huge congregation of RCCG in favour of the APC.
