Two lucky students get Omotola’s scholarship

As part of her on-going 20th Nollywood anniversary celebrations, screen icon, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde recently paid a visit to Government Senior Secondary School, Lugbe, Abuja where she awarded scholarships to 2 lucky students.
The visit, which is part of her world tour, also saw the multi-award winning actress give out customised hand sanitizers and special #igatvalue notepads to the students.
Omotola encouraged the students to record their dreams and visions with the notepads and i‎ntroduced her new campaign, #igatvalue to the students while admonishing them to discover, invest, believe in and value themselves. The students took the opportunity to plead with Nigerians to come to their aid as they desperately need a fence around their dangerously exposed school.
The high-point of the visit was when two students, Ja’afaru .N. Ruth (SSS2) and Tuwase Regina Odunayo (SSS3) were awarded scholarships up to university level by the famous actress.
Also speaking during the visit, Kayode Ajayi-Smith from Leap Africa, who spoke to the students extensively on patriotism, following their dreams and remaining focused.‎
